The connecting players will need to do the same thing (listing the same as yours, NOT using their own IP address in this Server setting - if you're the server). An example is given in section 6.2 of the Readme, with an external IP address of 262.34.0.54: Maybe a few days, or maybe even a couple weeks, we don't know. Multiplayer is having some technical problems, and the developers are working on fixing it. Then in the Game Options control applet change the 'Public Port' setting in the 'Multiplayer' tab to your IP address with a colon and then the port number (22345). Most everyone here is having that problem.
